While proper chemical care goes a long way in preventing issues, an annual service is not just recommended—it’s essential for keeping things running smoothly. You can book a standalone service visit for £295, but most of our customers opt for the added value and convenience of an Annual Service Plan. It’s a smart way to save money while enjoying a range of extra benefits.
New Filter
Hot tub filters are made with pleated paper membranes that have what’s known as “paper memory.” At hottubhome, we recommend allowing your filters to fully air dry after cleaning so the membrane can return to its original shape and structure. To minimize downtime, boost efficiency, and extend the life of your filters, it’s best to keep a spare set on hand and rotate them during each clean. This ensures thorough cleaning and continuous filtration. Plus, every one of our Annual Service Plans includes a brand-new set of filters.

Part Exchange Option
As a valued Annual Service Plan member, you’ll have the option to part-exchange your hot tub for up to 50% of its original value (minimum £1,000) toward the purchase of any hot tub we have for sale—available for up to 10 years from your plan start date.
Refresh Service (6 Months)
The ideal choice for busy families and professionals. This service aligns perfectly with your hot tub’s recommended water change cycle—meaning you may never need to drain and refill it on your own again. It gives your water balance a healthy boost and leaves your hot tub feeling fresh and revitalized. While on-site, our trusted engineers will also perform a visual inspection and offer advice on any issues that could be easily prevented.
