Check The Operation Of All Systems
Measure Ampere Pull and Inspect Electrical Components
Add Bio-Film Remover to Deep Clean Internal Pipework
Remove and chemically clean filters
Check cabinet and shell for leaks, damage, and overall condition
Check condition of cover and cover clips
Drain down the hot tub
Clean the acrylic surface and remove marks/stains where possible
Remove and clean jets as much as possible
Ensure jets are operating correctly
Rinse out hot tub
Wet vac any remaining debris and water
Remove scale and debris from pumps and heater
Check pump union seals
Refill hot tub
Add chemical shock and sanitise water
Bleed all pumps of air
Recommission the hot tub
Check for leaks and confirm correct operation
Verify all systems are working correctly
Clean down cover and steps
Reset filter cycles and time on control panel
Report any problems or advisories to the customer

A quarterly ‘Refresh’ is more a regular, quarterly clean, drain and re-fill service. During this visit, our engineer will flush the system pipes, carry out a visual check on pipes and components, and give your cover and filters a good clean too. This service is perfect for the busy worker with little time to keep on top of hot tub maintenance.
